FY2021-2024 TIP amendments (October 2021)
The Mississippi Gulf Coast Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is amending the FY 2021-2024 Transportation Improvement Program [TIP). The amendments add federal funds to existing projects already listed on the TIP, including Government Street in Ocean Springs ($285,000 HIP), Ocean Springs Road in Ocean Springs ($460,000 HIP), Main Street RR crossing in Biloxi ($200,000 HIP & $20,000 STBG), Old Fort Bayou Road in Jackson County ($750,000 HIP). An intersection project at Pass Road and Rodenburg Avenue ($504,560 HIP) will also be added to the TIP. In addition, the Roy Cumbest Bridge Project ($4,700,000 federal) will be added. The TIP only includes projects for which funding has been identified using currently available or anticipated revenues. As provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (P.L. 100.259) and related statutes, executive orders and regulations, the Gulf Regional Planning Commission (GRPC) assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, or disability be excluded from participating in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity from GRPC.
