Request for Qualifications -Master Services List for Technical Transportation Reports
Gulf Regional Planning Commission (GRPC) requires the services of more than one Consultant to support MPO transportation planning activities described in the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) and to respond to member governments’ requests for a variety of technical planning and engineering assistance.
The GRPC Master Services List will be used for three years. The Consultant(s) will assist the Gulf Regional Planning Commission staff on a work assignment basis in a variety of conceptual design, engineering, analysis, and document review activities for a fee amount not to exceed $10,000.00.

Tasks to address the objectives of a technical report may be assigned to the Consultant(s) under one or more general planning Consultant contracts. The submitted proposals will be evaluated based on Experience (40 PTS), Qualifications (40PTS), and Capacity (20PTS).
Firms qualified to conduct business in the State of Mississippi are asked to submit 1 (one) unbound original and a digital copy of the proposals to the GRPC office by 4:00 PM CST, Wednesday, April 19, 2023. All proposals must be mailed or delivered in a single, sealed package to the GRPC office. GRPC reserves the right to reject any proposals that are determined to be nonresponsive to this RFQ. Requests for clarification or inquiries about information contained in the RFQ package must be submitted by email to Mr. Jeff Loftus, jol@grpc.com, no later than noon CST, on Monday, April 10, 2023. The questions submitted, and the responses will be posted no later than 4:30 p.m. CST, Friday, April14, 2023, on GRPC’s website.
